Whether needing documents for a refinance or sale, or want to look up the rules, everything is provided on the website. The monthly financials and budget are available as well as the reserve study, insurance certificate, rules, and the governing documents (CC&Rs and Bylaws). Check out the "Documents" tab on the menu!
